Corporate Launches

Volume One has extensive experience managing corporate launches. Our capacity to work collectively with our clients in planning and organizing such an event makes it easier to render the appropriate design and concepts. We will also ensure that your event is managed in a professional manner and runs smoothly on the actual launch day.

Ceremonies / Dinner

Outdoor events such as ground breaking ceremonies and even “family days” require extensive planning and exhaustive implementation. Depending on the location, a wide range of equipment and materials are necessary. External factors such as the weather must be given due consideration.
Canopies, especially for erected outdoor stages with state-of-the-art sound systems, and other outdoor structures are a must for most outdoor events. We will plan for and provide event decorations which may differ from those used on indoor events.
We provide the necessary experience, equipment and manpower as a total package for all outdoor events. Some major outdoor projects we have successfully managed include The Bukit Beruntung Ground Breaking Ceremony where giant helium balloons, cultural dances and special catering were arranged for the guests and VIPs in attendance.

Such events are usually formal in nature and atmosphere. They are very often held in hotels, trade centers and the clients’ premises. This requires intricate yet detailed planning, strict scheduling and execution.
